The historic Kohl Pumphouse and front Victorian Garden are available for rental.

The facility can be used for small indoor and outdoor business social functions, such as board meetings, seminars, luncheons, intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions.  The interior of the Pumphouse features two separate rooms and a kitchenette, consisting of full refrigerator, a sink, microwave and toaster oven.  The Victorian Garden is landscaped with traditional and heirloom plants, featuring paved paths, rose & shade pergolas, and a central fountain.   Tables and chairs are available.   Amplified/speaker music is not allowed due to neighboring residential condominiums.   The Pumphouse and Victorian garden (indoor combined with outdoor space) together accommodate a maximum 100 guests.
